From day one, my dream with Republik Café has been more than just making coffee: it has been about creating flavors that speak the language of each culture.

I began this journey searching for the perfect cup of coffee for the Cuban people: a strong, soulful coffee with the character that reflects its people. From that passion, Café Cuban Republik was born, made in Costa Rica with respect and admiration for Cuba. But this is just the beginning. My vision is to bring this same love for detail and authenticity to every corner of the world, starting with Costa Rica, where the next step is to create a coffee made especially for Costa Ricans, with a unique flavor and a fair price.

 

Once we perfect the coffee for Cuba and Costa Rica, the dream continues: developing blends specially designed for the tastes of the United States and Canada, thus uniting different cultures through a single passion: coffee.
