Welcome to Café Republik, a café created with love for the Cuban spirit and the warmth of its people. Our coffee is 100% pure Costa Rican beans, grown in volcanic soil and roasted specifically to reflect the strong, authentic flavor that Cubans enjoy every morning.
Each bean is carefully selected and roasted to achieve the perfect balance: intense, smooth, and full of soul. Inspired by my travels to Cuba and conversations with baristas, families, and friends, the desire was born to create a coffee that felt familiar… yet truly special.
